Profile machining center is an automatic compound machining center integrating milling, drilling, tapping, chamfering, rigid tapping, etc. Its stroke is relatively large, it can solve the processing of long profiles, and it can replace the operation of the gantry machining center. It has the characteristics of high cost performance and high efficiency.
It is suitable for processing various lengths of steel, copper, aluminum and other metal processing, and is equipped with an automatic chip conveyor. Due to the uniqueness of the processing object, the aluminum profile processing center is very different from the general processing center from the structural layout, technical parameters to the design of the numerical control system.

The maximum speed of the spindle of the full-length machining center is generally below 8000rpm; while the maximum speed of the main spindle of our aluminum profile machining center should reach or exceed 24000rpm. Due to the high speed, the spindle imported from Italy, high-speed ceramic bearings and closed liquid constant temperature control are used. The system can ensure continuous 24h high-speed operation.
The cooling liquid system is divided into two forms: pouring cooling and spray cooling. The latter belongs to the concept of quasi-dry cutting and minimum quantity lubrication system (MQL), with high cooling and lubrication efficiency, low cooling liquid consumption, especially suitable for aluminum profile processing. We use spray cooling system , it can be cooled.
In order to adapt to the characteristics of slender and slender parts of aluminum profiles, most of the work surfaces of the aluminum profile machining center are narrow and long. Our workbench adopts a work surface with a width of 800mm and a length of 6500mm or even longer, so as to adapt to the typical 6-meter profile processing.
Pneumatic clamps are standard on the worktable, and the automatic positioning and clamping system is adopted, which can quickly clamp the workpiece, and cooperate with double working area processing, which greatly saves the loading and unloading time. The work surface adopts T-slot.
There are three types of structure layout of aluminum profile machining center: gantry type, moving column type and moving beam type, which have their own advantages in the performance indicators such as machine rigidity, stable operation and convenient operation.
Machining center with A-axis (rotating around X-axis) - one clamping can complete the machining of three sides of aluminum profiles.
The processing accuracy of the frames, stiles, profiles and other profiles involved in doors, windows and curtain walls is generally between IT10 and IT12; in addition, the processing objects are mostly thin-walled parts; the aluminum profile processing center does not need to pursue excessive positioning accuracy and rigidity. The structural parts such as the bed of the machining center are mostly welded with steel plates, which is also rare in general machining centers.

Aluminum profile machining center, as a kind of CNC machining center, is mainly used for CNC automatic processing of industrial aluminum materials. In the past, due to the relatively narrow application of industrial aluminum materials, it was mainly used in daily life and construction. Aluminum profile machining centers are rarely used in industrial aluminum processing.
