In the production and processing of hollow aluminum alloy profiles, the plan view is generally used to separate and form an extrusion die, which is composed of two parts of the left and right dies. The lower mold component includes a flow hole, mold core, working belt, air knife, etc. the upper mold component includes an electric welding room, mold hole, working belt, and air knife. The key principle is that raw materials enter the mold cavity according to the flow hole. The aluminum alloy profile is reasonably arranged according to the flow hole. According to the cross-sectional specification of the aluminum alloy profile, the flow hole is slightly skewed outward to reduce the working pressure in the mold cavity. The internal shape of the profile is mainly fixed by the mold core. The height of the lower mold welding chamber must be more than 10mm to keep the mold core stable. The aluminum alloy materials of the shunting hole gather in the welding chamber and then flow out of the mold under the action of high temperature and high pressure.
The solid aluminum profile does not need to be processed in the processing process. It only needs to be processed on the die and then extruded. The extrusion die is relatively simple. Although the solid aluminum profile is heavier than the hollow aluminum profile and has strong extrusion capacity, the hollow aluminum profile is more widely used than the solid aluminum profile in actual production.
