- Before the operation, wear various labor protection supplies, carry out lubricating maintenance as required, and check the oil level of each lubricating oil.
- The processing program should be checked first before it can work. When using the high-speed function, the matching of the tools should be confirmed.
- When there are too many iron chips in the chip removal groove, it should be cleaned manually before opening the chip conveyor.
- When clamping the workpiece, it should be handled lightly to avoid bumping and hitting the working table; when the workpiece is heavy, the bearing capacity of the machine tool working table should also be verified, and overloading work is prohibited.
- During the processing of the vertical machining center, you should always pay attention to whether the movement and processing conditions of the machine tool are normal, and encounter abnormal phenomena. When there is noise and alarm, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and processing, and the processing can be continued after the fault is eliminated.
- After the machine tool is started, check whether the movement of the main shaft, the worktable in all directions, and each pressure indicator are normal and whether there is abnormal noise.
- The operator of the new machine tool should understand the function, operation method, and precautions of the machine tool before operating on the machine under the guidance of the relevant personnel.
- After the workpiece is processed, it is necessary to clean the workbench, scrub and smooth the machine tool, clean the surrounding area, and keep the place tidy.
- The control system must be closed before the main power supply of the machine tool is closed; the emergency stop switch is not used in non-emergency situations.
