Machine Tool Structure

1.In Line Turret CNC Center
The in-line turret directly installs the tool on the tool holder. Because there are few adapters in the middle of the in-line turret, the rigidity of the tool is very good after clamping, but it takes time to change the tool. When selecting a tool, the form and size of the tool should be determined according to the width of the insert groove of the turret. When installing boring and drilling tools, it is necessary to transfer the tool holder. The tool holder is made of self boring and has no interchangeability. During installation, pay attention to the matching of machine tool and tool number. The size of boring cutter and drill bit shall refer to the form and size of adapter tool base, and transition sleeve can be added if necessary.
2.VDI Turret CNC Center
VDI turret, which can not be installed directly, but needs to adopt various forms of VDI adapter cutterbed. Because these tool holders are installed on the surface of the tool tower, the cantilever is longer and the rigidity is not as rigid as the in-line type. The interface between VDI turret and tool holder is mainly determined according to the tool mounting aperture on the end face of the turret. For example, the tool mounting aperture is? 40mm, vdi40 interface is selected for VDI tool holder. In addition, when selecting the tool holder, it should be noted that the VDI tool holder is divided into left and right tool holders, positive and negative tool holders, etc. This should be determined according to the orientation of the turret of the machine tool and the processing technology. The right cutterbed is selected for the turret rear mounted machine tool; On the contrary, it is the left cutterbed. Positive and negative cutterbed, etc. This should be determined according to the orientation of the turret of the machine tool and the processing technology. Working Principle Of Turret Machine Tool:
