  • Large longitudinal stroke, suitable for long and thin aluminum parts

 

The worktable of aluminum processing center is narrow and long, with a width of 450-700mm and a length of 2500mm~180000mm. It is suitable for processing typical 6m profiles. The working surface is equipped with a pneumatic clamp and a positioning plate for easy positioning and clamping. 

 

There are three types of aluminum processing center structures: gantry type, movable column type and movable beam type.

The aluminum profile machining center is easy to establish communication with the computer and realize group control. Because the machine tool is controlled by digital information, it is easy to connect with the computer aided design system to form a CAD/CAM integrated system.
